RECESS is living life as freely as possible, without the distractions of other people or meaningless situations that are otherwise world size problems for some. It's enjoying my life as a father of 6 and a granddad and loving them unconditionally. Friends have asked me what keeps me so young. The answer is the RECESS I've been living. There is work involved, but when you enjoy it, life becomes a wonderful journey.
