Maybe it was the steady Saturday-night of diet of Chiller Theater on WPIX; or the fact that I grew up near not one, but two drive-in theaters; possibly my early introduction to the films of John Waters. Whatever the cause, my favorite recess, my true addiction, is trash cinema: Sit me down in a room with a couple of friends, a bottle of whiskey and a VHS copy of Gamara vs. Monster X, and I'm a very happy man.
